About product

The pleasantly delicate aroma is the result of controlled production in small batches at low temperatures. 'Gen' stands for "the origin of things." It is not for nothing that the city of Suzuka was early nicknamed umasake, meaning "where good sake is brewed. A classic premium Junmai. Fruity notes (melon), grassy notes (green banana), and pleasant acidity harmonise with rice umami. A clean finish with a subtly sweet aftertaste.
