This highly awarded silky sake with a honeydew melon flavour from the traditional Katsuyama house is a jewel in our range. World's Best Junmai Ginjo 2019. 1st Prize at the International Wine Challenge (IWC). The "wonderful gift" (=Ken) of this sake lies in its extreme refinement and smooth drinking experience. Dry, silky-smooth texture, ripe fruit (melon, pear, berries), fresh herbs, citrus peel, subtle aromas (apple, young strawberry, blood orange, berries, boxwood, marshmallow), soft acidity, well-built body with rice umami and a balanced finish.
