All-rounder sake. Dry, with subtle fruity aromas of banana, pear, apricots, plums, and kumquats with a hint of spice. The rich fruit flavours, rice umami and a pleasant spice are evident on the palate. A short, refreshing finish. "Atago no Matsu" means old pine.
