The Tenzan Sake Brewery is located in Saga Prefecture in the northwest of Kyushu Island. In 1861, the Shichida family established a watermill here, where they brew the highest quality sake using the natural water from Mount Tenzan. Fruity aromas reminiscent of pear and melon, accompanied by a light minerality. A soft texture on the palate, fresh, with a gentle effervescence like a young wine. This is followed by a balanced sweetness and elegant acidity. A clean and light finish. The Tenzan Brewery's advanced brewing techniques allow for a lower alcohol content (13%) than most sakes, while maintaining freshness and elegance.
