The Tenzan Sake Brewery is located in Saga Prefecture in the northwest of Kyushu Island. In 1861, the Shichida family established a watermill here, where they brew the highest quality sake using the natural water from Mount Tenzan. Precise fruity and floral aromas are evident. On the palate, essential oils evoke notes of grapefruit peel, lychee, an aromatic nutmeg sweetness, and a hint of acidity. Light in body and with a short aftertaste, the aftertaste is characterised by lime and herbs, which fade beautifully and distinctly.
