The Tenzan Sake Brewery is located in Saga Prefecture in the northwest of Kyushu Island. In 1861, the Shichida family established a watermill here, where they brew the highest quality sake using the natural water from Mount Tenzan. An unfiltered, dry sake with minimally polished rice. This gives it a beautiful complexity and fullness. It has a beautiful viscosity, a ripe fruit aroma (table grape), well-balanced acidity, a deep rice-umami flavour, and a light mineral aftertaste.
