Delicate citrus zest on the nose; fresh acidity and subtle bitter notes on the palate. Despite the absence of added sugar, a subtle, elegant sweetness emerges naturally from the sake base. Its sweetness is not overpowering, making it a good match for food and, of course, also ideal as an aperitif or digestif.
