'Nanbu Bijin' means "the beauty of the Ninohe region" and reflects Nanbu Bijin Brewery's mission to produce pure and exquisite sake. Their motto is "to brew sake that brings a smile to people's faces like bright sunshine." Fruity flavours reminiscent of pear and apple. A delicate sparkling, marshmallow, rice umami and a hint of minerality on the palate. This sparkling sake is bottled using the champagne method - from the second fermentation in the bottle to bottling. Dosage Zéro, i.e. without added sugar.
