"HOUOU BIDEN" is a superb, high-quality sake with a fresh, fruity ginjo aroma. Its connection to the sake rice-growing regions and farmers is appreciated not only in Tochigi Prefecture, but throughout Japan. 'Tsurugi' means "sword." A slightly dry Junmai sake. Aromas of lemon, ripe pear, papaya, banana, white flowers with a hint of yoghurt. Fruity on the palate with notes of lychee and bitter cherry. Clear finish.’
