Unpasteurised cloudy sake with aromas of yoghurt, marshmallow, lemon, strawberries, exotic passion fruit and peach. Gentle sparkling on the palate, pear-like sweetness, balanced acidity, creamy vanilla notes. The name comes from the Beatles music played during production. The Tomono Sake Brewery is located in the Saku region of Nagano, surrounded by mountains. The complex topography and high-quality spring water enable the high brewing quality.
