“Kura no Shikon” literally means “the spirit of the master distiller” and was named as a tribute to all those who have passed on their knowledge and skills to the distillery workers over the past 130 years. The rose-like floral note is initially masked by an elegant berry note, but gradually asserts itself. It is equally delicate on the palate, with fruity nuances reminiscent of rosé/purple table grapes. An elegant, lingering finish with a hint of spice.
