The Komaki Distillery is located in the city of Satsuma in the northern district of Kagoshima Prefecture. The Kawauchi River, an important river for fishing ayu sweetfish, eel, and Yamato crab, flows directly adjacent to the distillery. To the north of the distillery are the sacred Shibi Mountains, from which the water for the product comes. A special limited edition shochu. A blend of four different shochu. It captivates with complex aromas of sweet potato, dried apple, and light berry notes like blueberries. Its complex palate is layered with apple compote, and its slightly sweet, long finish.
