About product

The pleasantly delicate aroma is due to controlled production in small batches at low temperatures. 'Megumi' means "compassion toward nature." It is not for nothing that the city of Suzuka was early nicknamed umasake, meaning "where good sake is brewed." Rather dry, fruity (pear, melon, exotic fruit). Grassy notes, biscuity, and pleasant acidity harmonise with rice umami, with a subtly sweet finish.
