About product
Brewed with the clear water of the Suzuka Mountains and the rice of the Ise Plain by the traditional Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten Brewery, founded in 1869.This sake is brewed slowly at low temperatures. No mechanical pressure is applied during pressing. This pressing method is called 'shizuku-tori' because the mash is suspended in a bag and the dripping liquid is collected.Exclusive premium Junmai Daiginjo sake, silky texture, distinctly floral and fruity aroma, a hint of vanilla, beautiful complexity, and a persistent, elegant finish.
