This sake is the backbone of the Tatenokawa brewery, whose pursuit of sake excellence means that their focus is on constantly improving quality. The name "Stream" is inspired by the clarity of a stream that flows at the foot of Mt. Chokai. The Dewasansan rice, which is well-known in the region, is used to produce a mild sake, which emphasises the special characteristics of the sake. Light, fruity, and lively on the palate, with a hint of sweetness and a fresh fragrance reminiscent of young grass, followed by a smooth, clean finish. This sake is truly light as a feather, with a low alcohol content of 14%.
