Limited premium Junmai Daiginjo sake. A mild sake is produced using the region's famous Dewasansan rice, which emphasises the sake's special characteristics. Its gentle yet rich flavour of ripe fruit such as melon, pineapple, watermelon and apricots harmonises with an elegant acidity. Slightly mineral with gentle umami notes that spread out and culminate in a wonderful finish.
