This gives this sake its light mineral note and silky smooth mouthfeel. 'Mizu' means "water," and 'Ki' stood for "divine beverage" in ancient times. An elegant aroma with hints of pear, banana, cherimoya, marshmallow, and yogurt. A hint of fermented butter on the nose. A soft, creamy texture with gentle acidity and sweetness reminiscent of pear and chestnut, and a subtle minerality. This is followed by faint spicy aromas similar to white pepper and a light finish.
