This unpasteurised, refreshing, slightly cloudy sake is lightly carbonated. Gently swirl the bottle before opening! Its crisp texture has a distinct flavour of Japanese rice cakes (mochi). A fruity aroma of fruit (peach, melon) is evident in the background. Refreshing on the palate with fruity notes, hints of herbs, marshmallow, and a light to delicate rice umami flavor. Light minerality, spicy finish.
