DATÉ SEVEN is a collaborative brewing project involving seven breweries from Miyagi Prefecture, including KATSUYAMA, HIWATA, and HAKURAKUSEI. The two leading breweries used the same rice with the same polishing ratio. The unique flavors of this sake reflect the individuality of each brewery. Brewed in the 'Urakasumi Style' using yeast No. 12, which comes directly from the brewery, while also respecting traditional brewing methods. Enjoy it alongside 'Koganesawa Style,' which also features the Milky Way on its bottle. This exclusive Junmai Daiginjo has a silky, creamy texture and a fresh, elegant aroma. Notes of mango, peach, and rice cake harmonize with a pleasantly soft acidity that develops in the glass. It finishes with a clean, crisp aftertaste.
