DATÉ SEVEN is a collaborative brewing project involving seven breweries from Miyagi Prefecture, including KATSUYAMA, HIWATA, and HAKURAKUSEI. The two leading breweries used the same rice with the same polishing ratio. The wonderful flavor of this sake reflects the individuality of each brewery. 'Koganesawa Style' is a sake brewed with the gentle craftsmanship of a female brewer. Enjoy it alongside 'Urakasumi Style,' which also features the Milky Way on its bottle. This luxurious Junmai Daiginjo has a fragrance of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and ripe apples. On the palate, it is lush and fresh, with an elegant sweetness balanced by a mild acidity and a smooth, pleasant texture.
