Unfiltered, undiluted sake. An unfiltered sake brewed according to the ancient, traditional Yamahai method. Subtle aroma, dry, full-bodied, and powerful. Serve chilled (approx. 15°C) or warm (approx. 45-68°C) (warm in a water bath). A dry, powerful sake with subtle aromas of dried fruits (bananas, figs, raisins), dried mushrooms, and cinnamon. A dense rice-umami note spreads on the palate with beautiful complexity.
