About product
The distillery is located in the northwest of Kagoshima Prefecture, surrounded by abundant natural resources with clean groundwater, hot springs, and a warm climate provided by the sea and surrounding mountains. The master distiller personally controls the freshness and quality of the raw materials. High-quality shochu is produced using the traditional handcrafted method. Aromas of apple, grapefruit, dried sweet potato, and biscuit, with a light herbal note in the background. A complex, full-bodied structure on the palate with dried stone fruit and raisins, slightly sweet, spicy, and delicately herbal, mineral, and peppery aftertaste.
