About product
The Komaki Distillery is located in the city of Satsuma in the northern district of Kagoshima Prefecture. The Kawauchi River, an important river for fishing ayu sweetfish, eel, and Yamato crab, flows directly adjacent to the distillery. To the north of the distillery are the sacred Shibi Mountains, from which the water for the product comes. Aroma of sweet potato and a floral note reminiscent of violets in the background, creamy on the palate, slightly sweet, herbal, complex taste, elegant, rounded finish.
