The theme of this spirit is the place "Nikko." It uses water and rice sourced from the magnificent nature of Nikko. After brewing and distillation, it is carefully aged in rare oak casks from Nikko. This spirit is a blend of sake made between 2014 and 2019, distilled and aged for at least two years in sherry casks. The beautiful amber-colored sake-based spirit has an elegant harmony of vanilla, nutty aromas, and hints of sandalwood, with a refined sweetness and complexity. It offers a long, fruity, and complex finish.
